Film description

A documentary made on the Thai-Burmese border. MuLa, a woman from a Kajan tribe, emigrates to Thailand with her husband and son, searching a better life. But her only daughter remained on the other side of the border.
MuLa makes money selling souvenirs to tourists, but the financial situation of the family is very difficult. The author portrays the every-day life of the mother, in which even the tiniest detail seems to be important, and each moment is filled with the tension of waiting for her little girl.

The film will be introduced by its author, Monika Pawluczuk.
