It offers a unique opportunity to look beyond the film itself. These sessions were attended by experts experts in various aspects of Asian cultures, providing fresh perspectives on interpreting films and uncovering subtle, often overlooked layers within this year's programme, exploring its literary, culinary, film-critical, queer and countercultural backgrounds.
