How can I watch a film?
In order to watch a film, you need to buy access. Below you can find all the available options:
- A single access to a selected film for 22 PLN - available from 21.01.2021
- Pass for all the films (for yourself) - buy a pass
- Voucher for all the films (as a gift for another person) - available from 21.01.2021
The purchase of a single access is possible on the page of each movie in the event program. There, select the "buy access" button, and then finalize the order by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the header of the page.
When are the films available?
All the films are available within the dates indicated next to each film.
How much time do I have to watch the film?
Each film, both for a pass and a single access, can be watched whenever you want, how many times you want, within the dates indicated next to each film.
Can I watch films on several devices at once?
No, you can only watch a film on one device at a time.
What if I start watching a film at the last minute, that is just before midnight?
Then you have the duration of the film at your disposal + additional 60 minutes. E.g. if "XYZ" is available up till February 14th 2021, 23:59, only until that moment you can press "Watch" and then you have duration of the film + 60 min to watch the film.
Which language versions are available?
All the films are available in the original language version with Polish and English subtitles. Chose the preferred version in the player.
I have problems with playing the film. How can I get help?
If you have problems loading the film, please refresh the page, close inactive tabs or change your browser. It is also worth changing the automatic quality to 720p. Most films available on the Five Flavors platform have 5.1 sound. In case of any problems with sound, we recommend configuring the speakers and making sure that the surround sound function is disabled on your computer (usually it is enough to right-click the speaker in the bottom right corner and disable this function).
We also recommend that you update your web browser to the latest version.
If the problem persists, please check if you have AdBlock enabled (if so, please disable it).

How to watch films on TV?
In order to watch films on TV, you can:
- use an HDMI cable and connect your computer or laptop with it,
- use the Chromecast, which allows you to run the projection from an Android smatphone,
- use Apple TV with AirPlay 2 to start projection from your iPhone or iPad.
I live in Poland but during New Year's Eve I will be just outside the country. Can I buy a pass and watch films?
The films are available only in Poland. However, according to the European Parliament Regulation 2017/1128, users who live in Poland permanently and temporarily stay in the EEA can also watch the purchased content. After purchasing the access, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. After verifying the conditions, we will unlock the access.
This is exactly what § 4, point 4 of the Rules and Regulations states.
In addition, a User with a verified permanent residence in Poland may use the VOD Service during a temporary stay in other Member States of the European Economic Area (hereinafter: "EEA"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1128 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the cross-border transfer of online content services in the internal market (hereinafter: "Regulation"). The EEA includes the countries of the European Union as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. Verification of the User's habitual residence shall be carried out at the User's request to e-mail:firstname.lastname@example.org and according to the rules set out in Article 5 of the Regulation. The User is entitled to suspend access to the Digital Content during the User's stay in another EEA member state until the User's permanent place of residence in Poland is verified.
I have a computer with Linux system. Can I easily watch films?
Yes, just in case, please update your browser to the latest version.
The device must have an operating system installed:
- Microsoft Windows 10
- Mac OS 10.13 or newer
- iOS 13 or newer
- Android 8.0 or newer
- Linux with current Chrome browser
and a web browser installed:
- Firefox version 70 or newer
- Chrome version 75 or newer
- Microsoft Edge version 18 or newer
- Opera version 56 or newer
- Safari version 13 or newer
Will the access for particular films be limited?
No, we have no limits on the availability of films.
Where can I watch films and when will I get access to the pass?
You can watch the films directly on piecsmakow.pl. The pass will be active from the beginning to the end of the event.
